Workshops

We work with entrepreneurs and innovators to support the shaping of their innovation roadmaps.

In 2022 and 2023, we are developing series with the support of WBDM, Wallonie Bruxelles Design Mode, focusing on strategic design for export roadmaps, helping creative industries entrepreneurs (fashion, jewellery, textile, craft, …) to expand their activities internationally.

In 2022, we had workshops at Cité du Design in St-Etienne, France, with start-ups, using the ViA Framework to structure entrepreneurial journeys.

At Architempo, Alok Nandi is connecting entrepreneurial activities with designerly approaches. In parallel to numerous workshops in design conferences and festivals in Asia, Americas, Africa and Europe, he was entrepreneur in residence at Yncubator in Louvain la Neuve, advising entrepreneurs in multiple sectors, ranging from FoodTech to EdTech to new beverages to digital products/services/systems.

Alok Nandi is also professor of Innovation Management and Strategic Design at Institut Lyfe (ex. Institut Paul Bocuse) in Lyon, working with students

• in MCLI (Master in Culinary Leadership and Innovation),
• in MIHM with EM Lyon (Master in International Hospitality Management) and
• in Restaurant Management and Entrepreneurship
